Trying out making homebrew mead with honey and lychee. The brew has finally stopped bubbling after 6 days of vigorous bubbling and the lychee has settled to the bottom. Probably because the bubbles were keeping them afloat.

2 spoonfulls of honey mixed with a dozen or so lychee, skins included.

verdict: pretty good! smells like lychee, sour taste but not overpowering.
